Our Mission
Our mission is to provide tasty meals completely free of gluten, without cross-contamination, in order to respond above all to the needs of celiac customers, making your days easier, and sharing with you many healthy delicacies, giving colour and flavour to your meals and being part of your days.
The rush of everyday life seems to limit us to have a good diet, because planning a good diet and cooking every day is an almost impossible mission for those who have many commitments and little time.

Our services
At Cozinha por Mim we believe in a healthier future and that is why we provide several healthy gluten-free alternatives, be they main meals, savoury snacks, birthday cakes, desserts, school, business and private catering services.

Take a look at our menu and place your order or ask for our suggestion. Our meals are blast-frozen, but upon request they can be made fresh and for any occasion.
Here we have everything from simpler meals that will delight any child, to more elaborate dishes for a dinner with family or friends or for special moments.
Food safety
At Cozinha por Mim, the well-being and safety of our customers is one of our main concerns. That's why we indicate the food allergens present in each dish.
If you have any food intolerance, talk to us and we will be happy to replace the ingredients and try to adjust our menu to your specific needs.
Meals - Take away and Deliveries
At Cozinha por Mim we offer blast-frozen meals for take away or delivery, but we accept orders for all occasions. Through our website you can place your order, selecting from our menu the options that best suit your needs, paying directly, and choosing the option of in-store collection or home delivery on specific delivery days and at a small fee or free depending on the value of your purchases and the delivery location.

WHERE DO WE GO TO?
Delivery Zones
If you don’t have time to come to our store, our deliveries are made according to availability and for minimum orders, depending on the area and for a delivery fee.
Our delivery days are Wednesdays between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm and Saturdays between 10 am and 1:30 pm.
- For deliveries on Wednesday, frozen food orders must be placed by 3pm on Wednesday;
- For deliveries on Saturday, frozen food orders must be placed by 6pm on Friday.
For special requests and fresh orders, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, but if you have a last-minute special request, be sure to get in touch with us and we will try to help.

Having a gluten-free diet can greatly help the proper functioning of the body and favours, among other things, the reduction of inflammation, better digestion, weight loss, especially in the abdominal region, reducing fluid retention and, more than that, without the layer of gluten that surrounds the intestine, the body will be able to correctly absorb the nutrients ingested. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be monotonous.
At Cozinha por Mim, we offer a variety of delicious and creative gluten-free meals and your only concern will be choosing the dishes you like most and investing in your health. A perfect combination to guarantee well-being and quality of life!
Cozinha por Mim is certified by the APC Portuguese Association of Celiacs) and Biotrab, complying with all requirements in terms of preventing direct or cross-contamination of gluten.
With this certification, our customers have the security and certainty that no product available for consumption or takeaway has gluten in its composition, manufacturing, packaging and distribution.
We chose to offer frozen meals so that there is no food waste and so that our customers can always have meals available in their daily lives.
Although it is common for us to associate the idea that frozen meals are unhealthy, at Cozinha por Mim, the manufacturing and storage processes follow a standard of excellence in maintaining quality and we invest in ultra-freezing meals to maintain all their nutrients, without altering colour, texture and flavour, ensuring that when they are served on your table, they equal a freshly prepared meal.
Through our website you can place your order, selecting from our offer the options that best suit your needs and paying directly. You can choose to collect from our store or have it delivered to your home, on specific delivery days and with a small associated cost or free depending on the value of your purchases and the delivery location. You can also contact us by phone or via email – encomendas@cozinhapormim.pt .

We deliver to the municipalities of Cascais, Sintra and Oeiras. For other locations, please contact us and we will try to help.

In our store we have some ready-to-eat snacks, savoury snacks, sweets and cakes. But we customize your order according to the occasion and ask that you place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
We want to be as inclusive as possible and that’s why on our menu we have a tab with our vegan dishes.
We try our best to prepare healthy meals and avoid products that contain lactose. On our menu we have a “Lactose-free” tab where you can see all the dishes that meet this criteria.
If you have any type of dietary restriction or any special request, send us an email encomendas@cozinhapormim.pt and we will be happy to help.
For children and everyone else!. We work with the best products to guarantee tasty and nutrient-rich meals. In our menu in the “Children” tab you can see our suggestions for the little ones.
We make several birthday cakes and other desserts.
If you have any special requests, please contact us because we want to help and be part of happy days.
Our packaging was designed not only to be ecological and sustainable, but also to allow meals to be blast-frozen and then heated.
To put it simply, the packaging can go directly from the freezer to the microwave and ensure no cross-contamination of the meal or if you remove it from the packaging you can place it in the oven.

We accept payment in cash, Multibanco (ATM card), or MBway at our store. For online orders, you can do so directly on our homepage, or place orders by phone using MBway at 916936804.
