This website belongs to and is the responsibility of Cozinha Por Mim – Atividades Hoteleiras, Lda. (hereinafter referred to as Cozinha Por Mim).

This document establishes, in addition to the Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions under which users/customers can use our website and the services we offer.

The website offers visitors general and commercial information about the services and products that Cozinha Por Mim makes available to its customers. Despite careful and rigorous efforts, it should be noted that the information provided is for indicative purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. These general conditions are, therefore, agreed between Cozinha Por Mim., with establishment located at Rua de São José, Lote 3B Loja 3 e Fontaínhas, 2750-623 Cascais, tax identification number 517 472 813 and the people who wish to use our services and make purchases through the website www.cozinhapormim.com.

By accessing or using our website, the user approves that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Purpose

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the customer regarding ordering, selling, payment, service provision or collection/delivery of purchases made on the website www.cozinhapormim.com.
These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the monitoring of this order/service provision between the Contracting Parties.

Orders

The customer places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.cozinhapormim.pt, adding the productthey wish to order to the shopping basket.

To place your order, the customer must:

a) Access the website www.cozinhapormim.pt, providing the information requested there.

b) Complete the information and choose the options that are available to you throughout the order completion process(collection or delivery address, delivery area, invoicing, payment method, as well as the NIF and the name that, for tax purposes, you want them to appear on the invoice). The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the Customer. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.

c) For other types of orders and/or services, the customer must request a quote via email encomendas@cozinhapormim.pt, explaining in detail what they want and when, or requesting that they be contacted for this purpose.

The final confirmation of the order by the customer is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale, as well as these Conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded. Cozinha Por Mim will honor orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. If the product/service is unavailable, Cozinha Por Mim undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.

Payment and prices

Cozinha Por Mim offers the Customer the
following payment methods:
a) MBWAY.
b) ATM Card.

Prices must be expressed in Euros (€), with fees and taxes included, taking into account the IVA in force on the date of payment of the order. If there is an increase in the Prices of any product/service, the menu available on the website will be updated immediately.

If some ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited to the Customer, after placing the order.

Collections / Deliveries

Orders, collections and deliveries will be carried out as explained in detail on our website.

In special situations, we suggest that you contact us. A delivery fee may be added to the order value.

Costs vary from case to case, and are duly described on the website in the “Delivery Zone” section.

The service will be made available after confirmation of payment made.

Intellectual property, copyright and logos

This website and all materials contained or downloaded on it, including, without limitation, text, software, trademarks, copyright, images, graphics, logos, patents, photographs, audio, videos, music and all related Intellectual Property Rights with these, they are the exclusive property, or have been duly licensed in favor of Cozinha Por Mim, except as explicitly indicated. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a license under such Intellectual Property Rights.

The user agrees not to sell, license, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works, without express authorization from Cozinha Por Mim.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will Cozinha Por Mim be responsible for any errors or damages, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the website, not assuming any responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in content, unauthorized access, or use of the website.

Cozinha Por Mim reserves the right to modify these Terms, according to its sole discretion. The user should consult this page periodically to confirm whether any updates or changes have been made. Continued use of the website or our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
